The Long Bayou Road Association, Inc

 The Long Bayou Road Association, Inc was created in 1997 to represent Long Bayou, The Palms (originally known as Long Bayou II), The Villas  at Long Bayou, and The Shores of Long Bayou. It is an independent entity  that owns and oversees the gatehouse and original road.

The  original agreement allows for all the communities to finance The Long  Bayou Road Association, Inc. This portion of your monthly HOA  maintenance fee helps finance the cost of the traffic control guards,  maintenance, and renovation of the gatehouse and the road.

The entrance road is 100th Way N, until it changes near the Long Bayou Recreation Center, to 62nd Terrace, and to Shoreline Drive at the last median.
